SAR Procedure
Effective Date: 25th of May 2018
Procedures on how to request the data we have to hold about you in order to provide you with our service.
- The form can be downloaded by RightCard Website or at any branch.
- Must be delivered in Personal with a valid POI (Proof of ID)
- The customer service will make the request and send to the designated Officer that will make the decision whether or not the request can be processed.
- The Upon receipt of a SAR the Company shall have a maximum period of 40 days within which to respond.
- Must inform the customer that all attempts to access their data protection will be also held at their account (whether successful or failed).
- Must In case of 3 failed attempts, the customer will be contacted by one of our staff to discuss further actions.
- In case of success request and approval, the following information will be provided to the data subject:
- Whether or not the Company holds any personal data on the data subject;
- A description of any personal data held on the data subject;

- Details of what that personal data is used for;
- Details of any third-party organisations that personal data is passed to; and
- Details of any technical terminology or codes.
Request for closing the Account
- Account’s can be closed after 3 years of inactivity by customer requests visiting one of our Branches in personal with a valid POI(Proof of ID).
- After closure, we will keep your personal data for 5 years as a AML regulations requirements.
